Stepne Manor

BCT has created a planning and design concept for the development of the historic farm property known as Stepne Manor. Through thoughtful study of the existing architecture, use of fundamental Smart Growth and traditional town planning, BCT has created a 260-unit plan with a variety of home sizes and designs. These homes will be a true extension of Chestertown, Maryland, epitomizing the historic character of the Eastern Shore.
